The only information we have about you is the information you provide us.

We restrict access to your private information to our staff in order to service your account.  Every staff member has signed a non-disclosure agreement, forbidding them from sharing any information about our customers.

We never share customer information with outside companies.

We have the ability to record the mouse movements and clicks of people in our Add-in in order to analyze it’s usage patterns and improve performance.  This does not include any information entered into the Word document.

We understand that you only want to hear from us when you initiate contact.  There are a few times when we send emails:

  • a monthly customer newsletter that contains an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
  • a renewal notice email near the end of your subscription period.
  • a few emails to demonstrate your account features during the Free Trial period.

When processing credit card transactions, we use Authorize.net as our credit card processing company. Authorize.net is a subsidiary of Visa, Inc. so you can you be sure they keep your transaction data safe.  Authorize.net processes any recurring payments on our behalf.

We do not store your credit card data on our servers. We only store the last 4 digits. No hacker could gain access to our system and retrieve your credit card data.

Additionally, we maintain electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards to protect your private information in a manner compatible with industry standards for similar companies.
